3. What is the RUT deduction, and how does it work?
The RUT deduction is a Swedish tax incentive that allows you to reduce the cost of household services (labor cost), including cleaning, by 50%. The amount you can deduct depends on your income and tax situation. The deduction is applied directly on your invoice, meaning you pay the reduced amount.

4. What happens if I cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy
- Free Cancellation: If you cancel earlier than 72 hours before your scheduled service.
- 30% Charge: If you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before your scheduled service.
- 50% Charge: If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled service.
- Full Charge: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding as last-minute cancellations can be difficult to accommodate.
5. What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue promptly, either by revisiting your home or offering a suitable solution.
